2nd relief win for Lundqvist

Elias notes this morning that this was the 2nd time in Lundqvist's career that
he had won a game that he did not start.

The other was against Buffalo on March 29, 2006.  Lundqvist relieved Kevin
Weekes trailing 4-2 after 2 periods and the Rangers won 5-4 at MSG in a
shootout.  that was a milestone night for the Rangers as Lundqvist equaled the
club's rookie win record (29) while Jaromir Jagr equaled club marks in both
goals (52) and points (109).
