Overtime is the Rangers' time...at the Coliseum ... in the regular season

This should have made The Skinny-- thanks to Lorne Myers for inquiring about this.

Isles have never scored a regular season overtime goal against the Rangers at the Coliseum (Rangers have won 5 times in OT; Isles are 2-0 in home shootouts).

3/14/1999 -- Adam Graves
11/22/2000 -- Theo Fleury
3/25/2007 -- Michael Nylander
3/7/2013 -- Marian Gaborik
4/13/2013 -- Dan Girardi

In the playoffs, it's a different story.  There have been three OT games at the Coliseum and the Islanders won all of them:

1979, Game 2 (Potvin)
1984, Game 5 (Morrow)
1990, Game 3 (Brent Sutter)

At MSG, the Isles are 3-5 in games decided by an overtime goal and 4-1 in shootouts.  There have been 3 OT games in the playoffs at MSG, and the Isles have won all of those as well:

1975, Game 3 (Parise)
1979, Game 4 (Nystrom)
1982, Game 3 (Trottier)

(All three MSG playoff wins came in the first 4 minutes of overtime.)
