Grabner

Michael Grabner had his 4-game goal streak stopped against Buffalo on Sunday.
No Islander has had a goal in five straight games since Ziggy Pallfy did so in
1997; no Isles rookie has had such a streak since Patrick Flatley scored in 6
straight games in the 1984-85 season.

Grabner does still have a 6-game point streak, matching a Tavares streak earlier
this season for the best on the club.

The last Isle to have a point in 7 straight was Josh Bailey, who did so between
12/29/09 and 1/12/10. Trent Hunter had a 9-game point streak early last season
(11/11/09-11/27/09).

Grabner has the longest active point streak of any rookie; only Kevin
Shattenkirk has had a longer streak this season.
