Sid does it to Isles -- again
Crosby's 90th Career Game With 3 Or More Points
From Elias: Sidney Crosby scored one goal and set up two more to help lead the Penguins to a 6-4 win over the Islanders. It was Crosby's league-leading ninth game with three or more points this season and the 90th such regular-season game of his NHL career. Crosby has registered 14 games of three or more points against the Islanders, his highest total versus any team, by far. The only other teams he's done that against even half as many times are the Flyers (10) and Bruins (8).
Crosby scored in each game in the season series (including two on 12/3); it's the first time in his career he has scored in 4 straight games against the Isles. He also has a point in 8 of 9 regular season games against the Isles since the start of last season, with the only exception being the March 30th game in which he suffered a broken jaw after playing only 50 seconds.
