In (unusually) quiet fashion, the former Islander goalie has put up some strong numbers for the Sound Tigers.

His season numbers ( 5-3-0  2.70, 90.1% ) don't totally tell the story as he allowed 5 goals in 20 minutes in his first AHL start.  Excluding that start, he is 5-2-0 in the last 7 (2.12, 92.1%) and has been even better over the last 5 (4-1-0, 1.79, 93.5%).

Bridgeport is currently part of a 5-team log jam between 9th and 13 place -- only two points separates the five teams.  The Sound Tigers are 6 points out of the last playoff spot, with 12 games to play.
