Claude Julien on the Islanders

<<On what he sees in the Islanders and, specifically, John Tavares….
I think I pretty well answered that with the skill level. I see a lot of skill. But, again, John Tavares is an elite player in this league already at a young age. What I see from this team is it's slowly rounding itself out. Every year it becomes a tougher and tougher opponent. To me, they're definitely on the right track, they've got a core of good players and right now, they're showing that they're capable of doing damage. There are some other nights that are a little tougher, but I think with time and experience that team will become a real elite team in this league. That's my feeling from watching them year after year.>>

Oh-- Julien said this after the Bruins' win over the Isles on Feb 26 dropped the Isles to 8-11-1.  They're 13-5-3 since then.
